Granada-Jaén Airport is an airport located 15 km west of Granada and 100 km south of Jaén, in the region of Andalusia, Spain.




Since 2006, the airport has been officially dedicated to the Spanish poet Federico García Lorca of Granada.

The airport offers all services to travelers: tourist information, cafeteria, car rental, buses to Granada, taxis, parking and ATMs.

Airlines operate: Iberia, Vueling, EasyJet, Air Europa, Air Nostrum and BA CityFlyer (British Airways).


The only company that traveled with direct flights from Italy was EasyJet from Milan Malpensa. From 5 September 2018 the Easyjet offer expands: from Naples Capodichino it will in fact be possible to fly to Granada, to visit one of the pearls of Andalusia. The Easyjet flight from Naples to Granada will be operated twice a week. The flight takes just under three hours



Granada Airport is open from 05:30 to 00:00.

You cannot stay at the airport at night.

Bus: the company in charge of this service is Alsa. There are 10 to 14 trips per day. The ticket price is 2,70 euros. Alsa's phone number is 902 422 242.


Granada airport also offers you the service of car rent.

Taxi: the taxi stop is located in front of the airport exit, in the arrivals area.


The indicative taxi prices from Granada city center to Granada airport vary from 24 euros to 30 euros depending on the starting point and time.
