International Circus and Theater School (CAU)
The Cau is one of the leading international circus and theater schools in Andalusia. It offers a rigorous two-year integral training program in circus, theater, and complementary disciplines so that students can develop their shows independently. Created in 2009 by Animasur (center for urban arts) the CAU International School has two buildings.
1) Headquarters. Structure with over 400 m2 and 8 meters high equipped to perform all circus techniques, including the flying trapeze. It has more than 300 m2 for dancing, an air-conditioned space, with a student lounge, changing rooms and workshops. This venue is also used as an exhibition space for student exhibitions.
2) The second office located in the heart of Granada in the Realejo district is a structure prepared to carry out theater, clown, yoga and much more lessons.
