You have two choices for buying tickets: online or by phone. Tickets cannot be bought on the same day at the box office.
You can choose from 6 types of entrance to the Alhambra. General admission is daytime and is the most complete.
- Alhambra general.
- Generalife and Alcazaba.
- Night visit to the Nazaries Palaces.
- Night visit to the Generalife.
- Combined visit to Alhambra and Rodríguez-Acosta Foundation.
- Alhambra Experiences.
Only the combined visit and the general visit include a daytime visit to the Nazarian Palaces. If the general tickets are sold out, there may be some combination tickets left. They cost only 3 euros more and the Rodríguez-Acosta Foundation is a very beautiful place worth visiting.
Alhambra General
Includes a visit to the Alcazaba, the Nazarian Palaces, the Generalife, the Palace of Charles V and the Mosque Bath.

Retired citizens and EU citizens over the age of 65 (must present documentation): € 9,54

Alhambra Experiences
Alhambra Experiences includes a day visit to the Alcazaba and the Generalife and a night visit to the Nazaries Palaces on two consecutive days. It does not include daytime admission to the Nazarian Palaces.

This visit takes two days. The first day there is a night visit to the Nasrid Palace, and the next day, you can see the rest of the monumental complex: Alcazaba, Palaces and Generalife. In addition, you can take thematic tours guided by an expert who will give you another view of the Alhambra and Granada.
Buy tickets on the Internet
Tickets for the Alhambra can be purchased three months before the visit.
You can choose the day you want to visit the Alhambra and the number of tickets (maximum 10).
There are no longer two shifts as before, it is possible to enter the Alhambra at any time starting at 08:30. For the Palaces Nazaries you have to choose the time of the visit.
You can buy tickets for the Alhambra on the website: tickets.alhambra-patronato.es. Tickets can no longer be purchased on Ticket Master or at the ticket office.
At the end of the online purchase it is necessary to print the entry with the QR code or write down the reference number.
If you do not have a printer at home, you can print the tickets at the vending machines located to the right of the access pavilion by entering the reference number displayed at the end of the purchase.
It is no longer necessary to collect tickets from the Alhambra at the ticket office.
But you must collect the tickets with reduced prices at the ticket offices by presenting the necessary documents.
The printed receipt of the reservation and the identity document or passport are to be presented at the gate of the Alhambra.
Purchase tickets by phone
Tickets for the Alhambra can be purchased by calling +34 858 953 616.
Tickets for the Alhambra can be purchased three months before the visit.
You can choose the time of entry to the Nazaries Palaces and print tickets at one of the vending machines located near the Alhambra gate.
Returns and date changes
It is not possible to change the date of the Alhambra and Generalife tickets. You can only return the purchased ticket and purchase a new one (if available).
Sold tickets can be returned at least 5 days in advance.

Tickets for groups
If you want to get group tickets, for both the Alhambra and the Generalife, you need to make a reservation.
To receive further information, you must send an e-mail to the Junta de Andalucía: reservas.pag@juntadeandalucia.es.
Sometimes, the way to gain entry to the Alhambra when all tickets are sold out is to buy the Granada Card at one of the official Granada outlets or online.
