4worldlovers: My daughter aged 13 and I have had 4 days of lessons with Giles and Victoria. Brilliant instructors. They brought us both on with really personal tuition and encouragement. Thank you to both for making our trip together such a success.

My son and I used our lift passes to get up the mountain in the telecabina and then once up there we realised we have some how dropped / lost our ski passes.

Not sure what to do we called the office and spoke to Brianna. She immediately said she would help. She said she would go to the ski pass office with a copy of our receipt and would get us replacements. Furthermore she said her colleague Harry was coming up soon and she’d get him to bring them up to us.

Isn’t that just above and beyond customer service. Just fantastic. Thank you Brianna

I haven't skied for ten years and I felt a bit apprehensive. I had two lessons with Jonathan and Giles and they were very supportive instructors. I really enjoyed the sessions and had so much fun!

Giles was an incredible instructor. Taking care of not only 2 teenagers but also 2 menopausal women Clear instructions making the whole experience amazing We cannot thank Giles enough. Our first skiing trip and we cannot wait to come back

All of the BSC team were great from Giles in back office to Lucy in the shop co-ordinating passes and lesson to lovely Jonathan and Josephine giving excellent lessons. The experience was really top notch for an older, nervous, beginner skier. Teaching skills were excellent with gentle coaching, always being safe but enough of a challenge to ensure great improvement. Thank you! Accommodation and passes booked through Sierra Essence got us a great deal and convenience on both visits and I would definitely recommend organising your stay through Sierra Essence to be able to benefit from the wealth of knowledge of the area and insider deals. Both BSC and Sierra Essence were super responsive and helpful. We are returning!!

Really enjoyed my class with Victoria one of the British Ski Centres ski instructors. I’ve been skiing on and off for over 30 years and been coming to Sierra Nevada for the last years. This time I decided to do a couple of hours of instruction to check out my technique. Victoria really made it worthwhile with her enthusiasm, technical tips and training exercises.
