Magnificent semi-detached house in quiet residential area, ideal for families with children or groups. It consists of a private garden, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a basement with separate entrance. No problem with parking at all. Ideal location, just 7 minutes away by car from the center of Granada, 30 minutes away from the coast and La Sierra (very good for the ski season). Pets are not allowed.

House in ogíjares, in the same entrance! It has 152 m² built, easy access and proximity to shops and services. A spacious garden, with natural grass and trees, perfect for an outdoor meal. Its 3 bedrooms are double and has an impressive living room where to accommodate a leisure space or study. The house is cozy, bright and with a beautiful view of the snowy mountain range. Its garage is spacious, and is perfect for going to snowy mountain range, easy access to pomegranate by highway

This house is very clean and presented just as the photo's indicated. Our host Alberto was very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated the air conditioning in the lounge room because it was impossibly hot during our stay.

Alberto's house is based in a neighborhood outside of Granada, in a very handy position if you are looking to explore nature, especially Sierra Nevada. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Alberto is a great host, he gets back quickly. The fireplace was the cherry on top of the cake after a long day. The house is very warm, the internet connection was also very good. Bars and shops within a very good distance. Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to come back some day.

The house located in very nice area with very good clean neighbourhood, silence and very clean air. The garden is little but very inspiring with the possibility to have wonderful dinners there.. The host is very friendly and ready to help with any question. We loved living in the house very much, as it has enouph space for children, 3 bathrooms and comfortable parking on the street and own garage.

It's nice and easy to get to Granada's centre ( we had a car). In winter it is cold. There is a fireflplace but the guest has to buy the wood. But there is also a small heater available.

Family area, quiet and cozy.. no noise and ideal for families or groups of friends. Easy access to the pomegranate center
